Projects
Things I build and run, at work and on my own.
Work
StaxiomStaxiom ↗
I own the digital side: the company website and its design-system migration, a lead capture pipeline from web forms into HubSpot with real-time Slack alerts, an R&D tax credit and bookkeeping quote tool, an automated outbound workflow (sourcing, email verification, Smartlead campaigns), personalized prospect landing pages, event surveys, a Google Business Profile posting cadence, a landing page for the full-service accounting tier with a fit check and an embedded booking calendar, a page and one-pager for founders who already have a CPA, the company's G2 listing, a LinkedIn page-growth pipeline from event contacts, and the company's explainer and promo videos.
Products
Built and run myselfsocalstartups.io ↗
A free directory of the Southern California startup ecosystem with funding stage, industry, and city filters, plus accelerators, investors, open roles, and a glossary. Built solo with Next.js and Supabase. I ran SEO and AI-search audits on it, added schema markup across hundreds of pages, and tuned the database queries and security.
Programmatic SEO utility sites →
A pipeline that scores niches by real search demand, generates each site from a shared template, and rolls sites out in gated cohorts, keeping only what search data supports. Stack: Next.js, Vercel, Google Search Console, DataForSEO, and Ahrefs.
Lab
Video experimentsCreative video machine →
A local, $0 pipeline for making video in almost any style: 80s and 90s anime, documentary explainers, Blender physics, and six web 3D and 2D engines. Still images come from a local image model, while motion, voice, and sound are written in code.
Games and 3D
Side projectsDT: The Game ↗
A 3D off-road driving game built around a telecom drive-test job. You take an SUV across hill country, stop within range of each cell tower, and hold a button to lock a signal reading before the window closes. Steep ground saps traction, wildlife scatters as you approach, and bonus pickups add time. Built with Three.js.
NSX 3D showcase ↗
An unofficial, scroll-driven 3D concept page for the Acura NSX. A 3D model loads in the browser and can be recolored from a paint picker, while the Design, Performance, Specs, and Configure sections animate as you scroll. Built with Three.js (GLTF and Draco model loading), GSAP ScrollTrigger, and Lenis smooth scrolling. A fan project, not affiliated with Acura.
Neon Meadow
A voxel music-festival night you can walk around: dress-up, trading bracelets with 10 characters, a Ferris wheel ride, a 128 BPM rhythm dance, and synthesized music that builds from dusk pads to a full headliner set. Switchable voxel, pixel, and neon art styles. Three.js and Web Audio.
Brave Words ↗
A pastel low-poly school you explore while helping 12 kids through real situations, like being left out, interrupted, or teased, by picking what to say. It includes an I-statement builder, an emotion-reading quiz, cutscene conversations, and badges. Three.js.
